PHYSICIANS

On Being a PHysician-Led Organization

What does it mean to be a physician-led organization? It means that we not only value physicians’ input, but we welcome it and rely on their guidance when steering a course for the future.

Physicians are encouraged to work with local hospital administrations in their facility’s decision-making process. In short, physicians not only have a seat at the leadership table, they sometimes even sit at the head of that table.
