Senior Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
Stacey Donegan is an experienced healthcare leader with than 20 years of experience in healthcare Risk Management and Compliance, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Quorum Health, with responsibility for the identification of enterprise-wide risks, development of risk mitigation strategies and implementation of long term solutions for both the individual facility and the corporate level. Stacey is known for her ability to process complex organizational and regulatory risks into sustainable solutions that decrease future risk while supporting Quorum’s mission to the patients and communities we serve.
Prior to joining Quorum Health, Stacey was the Senior Vice President for Mash Risk Consulting’s Clinical Risk Management Practice, with direct responsibility for Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Quality and Case Management for a wide variety of clients including individual healthcare facilities, for-profit and not-for profit systems, academic medical centers, long term care, behavioral health, transplant services, Federally Qualified Health Clinics and dual diagnosis treatment. Over the course of her career, beginning as a facility level risk manager and expanding through various roles, into leadership and consulting, Stacey has worked with a significant number of healthcare entities, both domestic and internationally, providing a unique expertise and wide-ranging view of healthcare risks and mitigation strategies that support positive outcomes for patients, communities and the healthcare organization as a whole.
Stacey has served as a national speaker on risk management and compliance topics and currently serves on the Board of the Tennessee Society for Healthcare Risk Management chapter, as well as the Chair of the Education Committee.
