Rural Health Week

May 22-26, marks the first-ever Rural Health Week and we join community hospitals and caregivers across the nation to highlight the positive impact they have on patients and communities all over the U.S. We believe that health care works best when it is local, working specifically to solve issues that are important and relevant to each community and we support affiliated hospitals in rural communities as they rise to today’s challenges. Rural hospitals are vital to keeping a community healthy — physically and fiscally and the goal of Rural Health Week is to raise awareness about the impact these caregivers have nationwide.
