Andrew Schultz is a Managing Member of Woodbine Consulting, LLC, and a Member of Holding Capital Group. Prior to joining Holding Capital Group, he served as General Counsel to Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut, where, in addition to his legal responsibilities, he led the hospital’s affiliation with Yale-New Haven Health System and served as Project Executive for a $100 million expansion and new construction program. Schultz has practiced health care law and currently serves as an advisor to numerous companies.
