LEADERSHIP

Mr. Sosa is an Operating Principal with Davidson Kempner Hawthorne Partners in New York. He was previously with Platinum Equity and Apollo Global Management where he worked closely with portfolio company management teams on business strategy, financial performance, annual planning, and ongoing operations. He has supported integrations, carve-outs, and transformations by bringing speed, accountability, monetary control, and third-party oversight to complex transactions. He started his career as a consultant with GEP, a global provider of procurement strategy consulting. Mr. Sosa received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
