Quorum Health Welcomes Dr. Kelly Hoye as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – March 19, 2026— Quorum Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Hoye, MD, as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs.
Dr. Hoye brings decades of experience as both a physician and a healthcare leader. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Morton Hospital and as Associate CMIO, where she helped lead physician documentation initiatives within MEDITECH. A practicing primary care physician since 1992, Dr. Hoye has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient safety, physician engagement, and clinical quality.
“Dr. Hoye’s unique combination of clinical experience, informatics leadership, and operational insight positions her well to lead our Medical Affairs division,” said Devonne Grizzle, Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of Quorum Health. “We look forward to her continued impact in advancing clinical excellence, strengthening physician engagement, and supporting high standards of patient care across our organization.”
Dr. Hoye earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, completed her residency at Brown University, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis University.
In her new role, Dr. Hoye will work closely with hospital and medical staff leadership across Quorum Health to advance clinical initiatives and strengthen physician engagement throughout the organization.
