PRESS RELEASE

QUORUM HEALTH NAMED A NASHVILLE BUSINESS JOURNAL BEST PLACES TO WORK HONOREE FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

BRENTWOOD, TENN., April 30, 2026—Quorum Health announced today that it has been recognized as a Best Places to Work by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) for the second consecutive year. The recognition highlights companies in Middle Tennessee that prioritize work-life balance, foster a positive workplace culture, and cultivate a strong team mentality.

Honorees are selected based on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by Quantum Workplace, measuring key factors such as trust in leadership, communication, team dynamics, and overall engagement. NBJ stated that the award recognizes local employers that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture.

“A consecutive recognition by the Nashville Business Journal speaks to the cultural transformation Quorum Health has undergone and the standards our colleagues hold themselves to each day,” said Chris Harrison, CEO of Quorum Health. “This honor reflects our ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining talented people by creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered.”

This past year, Quorum Health introduced several key initiatives to further support its workforce, including the launch of Heartbeat Hub—a rewards and recognition platform directly linked to demonstrating the company’s core values—and a streamlined, standardized performance review process for all employees.

The complete list of honorees was officially announced on April 23 and can be viewed at the Nashville Business Journal’s website. Honorees will be celebrated at the annual Best Places to Work Awards event on June 18.
