Quorum Health Named 2026 best place to work in healthcare by modern healthcare for second consecutive year
The recognition marks the company’s continued commitment to building a strong workplace culture.
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — Quorum Health has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare, earning the recognition for the second consecutive year. The national awards program identifies and honors outstanding employers across the healthcare industry that empower their workforce to deliver the best possible care to patients and communities.
The recognition follows Quorum Health’s recent selection as a Nashville Business Journal Best Place to Work, marking back-to-back honors that reflect the organization’s sustained investment in its people and workplace culture.
“Receiving this recognition for the second consecutive year tells me something important—that the cultural foundation we’ve been building is not only real, it’s also lasting,” said Chris Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, Quorum Health. “Our colleagues on the frontlines and those working behind-the-scenes show up each day committed to the patients we serve and to each other, and that dedication is what this award truly reflects.”
The annual Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work in Healthcare program surveys employees nationwide to evaluate workplace culture, engagement, and organizational commitment. Companies that earn recognition demonstrate meaningful alignment between their stated values and the day-to-day experience of the people who work there.
Quorum Health’s ranking among all winners will be revealed in a special supplement published with the October issue of Modern Healthcare magazine. The company will also be recognized at the 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala on Sept. 16.
