Quorum Health Welcomes Paul Novak as Chief Information Officer

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – April 1, 2026 –Quorum Health today announced that Paul Novak will join the organization as Chief Information Officer.

Novak brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology leadership, with a focus on digital strategy, operational alignment, and supporting growth across healthcare systems. In this role, he will oversee Quorum Health’s information technology strategy and infrastructure, supporting the organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance care delivery and operational performance.

Most recently, Novak served as Chief Information Officer for Humana’s CenterWell Home Solutions segment, where he led digital and operational transformation initiatives aligned with a multi-year growth strategy. Prior to that, he served as Chief Information Officer for Community Health Systems, where he led an IT organization of nearly 600 team members.

Novak earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
