Quorum Health Named oF Nashville Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work

BRENTWOOD, TENN., April 25, 2025—Quorum Health recently announced that it’s been named a 2025 Best Places to Work honoree by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ). This recognition highlights companies in Middle Tennessee that prioritize work-life balance, foster a positive and fun workplace, and cultivate a strong team mentality.

Based on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by Quantum Workplace, measuring key factors such as trust in leadership, communication, team dynamics, and overall engagement. NBJ stated, “The Best Places to Work Awards recognize local employers that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture.”

“This honor is a testament to our ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining talented employees by creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported,” said Chris Harrison, CEO of Quorum Health. “Our core values—integrity, accountability, collaboration, and community—shape everything we do, from patient care to workplace culture.”

Over the past year, we’ve introduced several new initiatives to support our teams, including:

  • An upgraded time system for improved scheduling efficiency
  • A streamlined education assistance platform for easier tuition support access
  • PayActiv Earned Wage Access, allowing employees to access their pay with no fees
  • 401(k) improvements, transitioning to pay-per-period match for greater flexibility

“This recognition is a direct reflection of our dedicated teams and the meaningful work they do every day,” added Harrison.
